Colorful snails!

This display of snails was photographed by Dr. Marco Langbroek from the Netherlands in January 2023 at the Hessisches Landesmuseum in Darmstadt, Germany. It shows the color polymorphism of the banded grove snail. The shell colour is very variable (yellow to red-brown) as is the number of stripes (0 to 5).
